The service

chunk2u is a file transfer service that allows you to upload files and share them via a time-limited link. The service is provided by chunk2u, Sweden.

Permitted use

You may use chunk2u to transfer files you have the right to share. You may not use the service to:

• Share illegal content of any kind
• Distribute malware, viruses or harmful code
• Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• Circumvent the service's security measures
• Use the service for spam or unsolicited communications

Files and storage

Files are stored on servers in Sweden (EU) and are automatically and permanently deleted after the link's expiry period. We do not inspect the content of your files unless required to investigate abuse reports.

Disclaimer

chunk2u is provided "as is". We are not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of the service. The service is not a backup solution.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be settled by Swedish courts, with the District Court of Solna as first instance.
