Common questions
Do I need an account to upgrade?
Yes — you need to sign in with your email before purchasing a plan. If you've already uploaded files, your history will be linked automatically.
How does invoicing work?
After selecting a plan you'll receive an invoice by email. Once payment is confirmed, your plan is activated — usually within 24 hours on business days.
Where are my files stored?
On servers within the EU, primarily in Sweden — run by European companies, not just European datacenters of a non-European provider. Never subject to the US Cloud Act.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No binding period. Cancel before the next billing date. Payments are non-refundable — you keep access for the period you have paid for.
What is a DPA agreement?
A Data Processing Agreement under GDPR article 28. Included with Enterprise Custom contracts; available on request for Business, Business XL and Enterprise Standard.
